Fibers in contact with hair

The fiber is the first point of contact with the hair and one of the most important determinants of hair health. That's why we developed heat-resistant nylon 6.6 fibers with memory effect and high durability, designed to provide controlled slip, reduce friction, minimize static electricity and work in balance with the hair fiber.

SURFACES AND THERMAL DESIGN

Hair behavior depends not only on temperature, but also on how heat is generated and distributed. Geometries, ventilation and technical materials such as aluminum, ceramic, tourmaline or PTFE (Teflon) coatings are integrated into the design for more uniform heat transmission, controlled gliding and greater stability during work. The result is improved efficiency, greater hair control and reduced unnecessary thermal aggression.

Ergonomics and professional gesture

Design is also measured in the hand. Weight, balance and grip directly influence precision and comfort during continuous use. For this reason, materials such as polypropylene or santoprene are used in the handles, which support the professional gesture, reduce fatigue and improve control during daily work.

Materials determine how a tool ages with use. That's why we select controlled anodizing solutions and processes that preserve performance over time, ensuring thermal stability, structural strength and reliability even under conditions of intensive use.
